The company specializes in providing advanced technology services, manufacturing and distributing specialized products, and managing projects within the fields of space and aeronautics, telematics, and satellite services. Its operations are structured into three distinct segments: Space Systems, Aerospace, and Digital. The Space Systems division focuses on the comprehensive development and execution of various space missions. This encompasses the design and production of both low-orbiting and geostationary small satellites, critical for navigation, scientific research, communications, and earth and weather observation, including their scientific payloads. Furthermore, this segment is involved in the assembly and outfitting of the International Space Station, and conducts studies and develops models for exploring the solar system, targeting celestial bodies such as the Moon, asteroids, and Mars. The Aerospace segment is dedicated to the development and assembly of products for aviation and space applications, alongside other industrial activities. Lastly, the Digital segment provides specialized mechatronic systems for antennas and telescopes, participates in numerous radio telescope projects, manages the operation of space-borne systems, creates digital applications leveraging satellite data, and offers expertise in information technology and cybersecurity. OHB SE's headquarters are situated in Bremen, Germany.
