Nano Magic Holdings Inc. (NMGX) is a company dedicated to the creation, production, and sale of nanotechnology-enabled consumer and industrial goods, primarily serving the United States market. The company's operations are divided into two main segments: Product and Contract Services. Its innovative product portfolio encompasses: Specialized anti-fogging towelettes, provided to the military for enhancing safety and conditioning lenses, masks, headgear, and head-up displays. Durable, mar- and stain-resistant coatings for high-quality vitreous china tableware utilized in various hospitality settings like restaurants, cruise ships, and casinos. Transparent protective layers for display panels and touchscreens, engineered to repel fingerprints. Hydrophobic and protective coatings for interior and exterior glass and ceramic surfaces, designed to prevent the accumulation of scale and grime. Unique coatings for ceramic insulators employed in transit and underground subway systems, which deter the buildup of metal dust and grease. For the retail consumer, Nano Magic offers liquid and towelette solutions for cleaning and safeguarding a variety of clear surfaces, including electronic touchscreens, vehicle windshields, windows, mirrors, shower doors, and eyewear such as eyeglasses and sunglasses. They also supply anti-fogging liquids and towelettes specifically for safety glasses, sports goggles, and other protective eyewear like face shields, along with general-purpose liquid cleaning formulations for both retail and industrial applications. Beyond these coatings and cleaning solutions, the company is involved in developing and commercializing advanced materials such as printable and metallic inks and pastes, thermal management substances, and graphene foils and windows. Furthermore, Nano Magic provides specialized nanotechnology design and development services to both governmental bodies and private sector clients. The company distributes its products directly to end-users as well as through various retail channels. Founded in 1985, the company was formerly known as Nano Magic Inc. before officially changing its name to Nano Magic Holdings Inc. in March 2021.
