This division also develops launch vehicles and rocket engines, components for space stations, and offers a full suite of defense solutions, including military aircraft, helicopters, naval and maritime systems, advanced aeroengines for defense, guided weapon systems, and cybersecurity solutions tailored for industrial control systems. Within Plants & Infrastructure Systems, MHI delivers a broad spectrum of products, from passenger and commercial ships, including LNG and LPG carriers and specialized vessels, to IT services and systems. It also supplies marine machinery, boilers, turbines, engines, and large-scale structures, alongside intelligent transport products like electronic toll collection (ETC) systems, road user charging, highway traffic management, and EV management systems. The company is also a key provider of environmental technologies, offering organic solvent exhaust gas treatment, waste-to-energy, sludge treatment, air quality control, bio-treatment systems, and CO2 capture plants. The Logistics, Thermal & Drive Systems division encompasses a variety of mechanical products such as turbochargers, car air-conditioning and refrigeration systems, machinery for rubber and tire manufacturing, and testing equipment. This segment further extends to material handling equipment like forklift trucks, printing and paper converting machinery, metals processing and food & packaging machinery, pumps, compressors, mechanical turbines, and hydraulic components. Additionally, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries contributes to large-scale infrastructure projects with gas holders, vibration control systems, water pipes, and tunnel excavation machinery. The company ensures sustained performance and reliability across its product range through comprehensive after-sales services.
