Lastly, the Insurance Brokerage segment delivers specialized life insurance solutions, alongside fixed and equity-indexed annuities and long-term care plans. This unit also empowers investment and insurance providers with strategic marketing guidance, product knowledge, and efficient back-office processing for annuity products. Established in 1876, the company was formerly known as GBI Capital Management Corp before adopting its current name in May 2001. Ladenburg Thalmann Financial Services Inc. is headquartered in Miami, Florida, with additional offices located in Boca Raton, Florida; Princeton, New Jersey; Melville, New York; and New York, New York.
