In-Systcom Inc., established in Alpharetta, Georgia in 2000, developed and supplied advanced interactive entertainment and communication platforms. Their primary clientele included upscale hotels, resorts, and timeshare establishments. The company's signature product, the ResortLynx Infotainment System, provided a comprehensive range of services, including on-demand video content, wireless internet access (Wi-Fi), and Voice over IP (VoIP) functionalities. Through ResortLynx, guests could enjoy movies, browse the internet, play games, and utilize internal messaging features. Their systems were deployed in various properties across the United States and the Caribbean. However, In-Systcom Inc. faced financial difficulties, filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on October 1, 2007. This reorganization effort was ultimately unsuccessful, leading to the conversion of its voluntary petition to Chapter 7 liquidation on June 27, 2008. The company is presently in the process of being liquidated.
