In addition, the company has an option to acquire 60% interests in Merit property that consists of four mineral claims covering an area of approximately 1,907 hectares located in the Spences Bridge Gold Belt, British Columbia; and Nicoamen property comprises of nine mineral claims covering approximately 3,332 hectares located in the Spences Bridge Gold Belt, British Columbia.
