The company was formerly known as Hiv-Vac Inc. and changed its name to Grupo International Inc. in September 2010. Grupo International Inc. was founded in 1997 and is based in Tijuana, Mexico. As of November 28, 2017, Grupo International Inc. operates as a subsidiary of Full Alliance Group, Inc.
