GlobeImmune, Inc., a biopharmaceutical firm based in Louisville, Colorado, and founded in 1995 (originally Ceres Pharmaceuticals, Inc. until its rebranding in May 2001), specializes in creating therapeutic products for both cancer and infectious diseases.
