Eastern Michigan Financial Corporation operates as the parent company for Eastern Michigan Bank, which delivers a comprehensive suite of retail and commercial banking solutions across Michigan. The institution's product offerings include a variety of deposit accounts, such as both interest-bearing and non-interest-bearing checking and savings options, individual retirement accounts (IRAs), time deposits, and certificates of deposit (CDs). Beyond deposit services, the corporation extends a broad array of lending solutions. These encompass home equity lines of credit (HELOCs), home equity term loans, mortgage financing, and personal loans, both secured (for vehicles like automobiles, trucks, RVs, motorcycles, snowmobiles, jet skis, boats, and ATVs) and unsecured. Student loans are also provided. For business clients, the bank offers equipment financing and loans, commercial vehicle loans, working capital lines of credit, commercial real estate loans, construction and land development loans, multi-family dwelling loans, and Small Business Administration (SBA) loans. Agricultural customers can access specialized financing for farm operations, farm construction, livestock, FSA guaranteed loans, and long-term fixed-rate options. Complementing its core banking functions, Eastern Michigan Bank provides an extensive range of additional services. These include cash management solutions, convenient online and mobile banking platforms, bill payment, debit and credit cards, gift cards, and telephone banking with voice response. Further services cover electronic payments, merchant services, remote deposit capture, lockbox facilities, night deposit services, notary services, and safe deposit boxes. The institution maintains a physical presence through nine branches located throughout Sanilac, Huron, and St. Clair counties within Michigan. Established in 1895, its corporate headquarters are situated in Croswell, Michigan.
