Its primary objective is to pursue long-term growth by entering into a business combination with another company, which could take the form of a merger, the exchange of capital stock, an asset acquisition, or another type of partnership with either a domestic or international private enterprise. In the past, the company engaged in a range of activities, including the packaging and manufacturing of semiconductors; the design, production, and installation of automated assembly lines for flat panel displays; the fabrication and testing of custom PCB (printed circuit board) equipment; and providing customer relationship management (CRM) solutions, such as consulting, call-center services, and database marketing. Established in 1996, the company was previously known as Cintel Corp. It is headquartered in Liverpool, New York.
