For commercial clients, CNB provides small business lending, lines of credit, commercial real estate loans, equipment financing, and specialized loans for churches and professional services. Residential and real estate lending options include both in-house and secondary market mortgages, construction loans, home equity loans, land acquisition loans, and other installment-based real estate credit. Beyond traditional banking, the company issues debit and credit cards and delivers a suite of treasury management solutions, including cash management, smart pay express, merchant services, and access to the Citadel marketplace program. Additional services encompass trust operations, safe deposit boxes, and convenient check reordering. Customers can also access various investment products and advisory services, complemented by modern banking channels such as online, mobile, and telephone banking. On an institutional level, CNB Financial Services invests in mortgage-backed securities and collateralized mortgage obligations. As of December 31, 2021, the company operated eight full-service locations equipped with ATMs across its service area: two offices in Berkeley Springs, West Virginia; three branch offices in Berkeley County, West Virginia; and three more branch offices situated in Washington County, Maryland. Founded in 1934, CNB Financial Services, Inc. maintains its corporate headquarters in Berkeley Springs, West Virginia.
