The company also offers debit and credit cards; cash management, smart pay express, merchant, Citadel marketplace program, trust, safe deposit box, and reorder checks; investment products and services; and online, mobile, and telephone banking services. In addition, it invests in mortgage-backed securities and collateralized mortgage obligations. As of December 31, 2021, the company operated two full-service offices and ATMs in Berkeley Springs, West Virginia; three full-service branch offices and ATMs in Berkeley County, West Virginia; and three full service branch offices and ATMs in Washington County, Maryland.
