Profile

Altus Group Limited is a global provider of software, data intelligence, and expert advisory services tailored for the commercial real estate industry. Operating across Canada, the United States, Europe, and the Asia Pacific region, the company structures its operations into two main segments: Altus Analytics and Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Consulting. The Altus Analytics segment develops and delivers a suite of powerful software solutions, notably the ARGUS platform. This includes ARGUS Enterprise for property valuation and asset management; ARGUS Taliance for real estate fund and alternative investment management; ARGUS EstateMaster and ARGUS Developer for property development feasibility and management; ARGUS Voyanta for data aggregation and reporting; ARGUS Acquire for acquisition pipeline management; and ARGUS ValueInsight for valuation. Beyond software, this segment provides data subscription products offering detailed real estate market information across residential, office, industrial, and investment sectors, alongside advisory and managed services. Its clientele spans equity and debt investors, valuers, brokers, developers, banks, and public entities. The CRE Consulting segment offers specialized independent advisory services. These include comprehensive real estate property tax services (covering assessment reviews, strategic management, and appeals, as well as personal property and state/local tax advice); extensive valuation services (such as portfolio appraisals, individual property valuations, due diligence, litigation support, and economic consulting); and construction-related services (like feasibility studies, budgeting, cost and loan monitoring, and project management). This segment serves owner-operators, developers, financial institutions, and CRE asset holders and investors. Founded in 2005, Altus Group Limited is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
