American Potash Corp. engages in the acquisition and development of potash, lithium, cobalt, vanadium, and bromine mineral deposits in the United States and Mexico. It holds a 100% interest in the La Escondida Silver-Gold project comprising 16 reverse circulation holes covering an area of totaling 1,780 metres located in Sonara, Mexico; La Tortuga Silver project situated in Mexico; and Paradox Basin project located in Utah. The company was formerly known as New Tech Minerals Corp. and changed its name to American Potash Corp. in August 2022. American Potash Corp. was incorporated in 2006 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
