The company also has interests in the Artillery Peak project comprising 30 unpatented mineral claims covering approximately 600 acres, and 13 patented surface estates located in Arizona. The company was formerly known as American Manganese Inc. and changed its name to RecycLiCo Battery Materials Inc. in October 2022. RecycLiCo Battery Materials Inc. was incorporated in 1987 and is headquartered in Surrey, Canada.
