Based in Nizhny Novgorod, Russia, Public Joint Stock Company GAZ (PJSC GAZ) operates primarily as a manufacturer and seller of commercial motor vehicles. Their diverse lineup includes various light commercial vehicles, such as the GAZelle NEXT, GAZelle City, GAZelle BUSINESS, and Sobol BUSINESS models, alongside medium-duty trucks like the GAZon NEXT, GAZ-3309, and Sadko NEXT. The company also produces an extensive range of buses under its GAZ, PAZ, LiAZ, and KavZ brands, in addition to specialized vehicles. Beyond complete vehicles, PJSC GAZ supplies powertrains, offers CNG/LNG solutions, and manufactures a wide array of automotive components. These components cover iron, non-ferrous, and colored castings, forged items, stampings, dies and molds, tools, and wheeled products, as well as various other parts and assemblies. They are also a provider of specific-purpose vehicles such as school buses, ambulance cars, commercial electric cars, and electric buses. Serving a broad spectrum of clients, GAZ's customers include general businesses, passenger transport operators, educational and medical institutions, utility and fire services, the agricultural sector, and numerous other industries. The company adopted its current name, Public Joint Stock Company GAZ, in June 2016, having previously been known as Open Joint Stock Company GAZ.
