Profile

IntegraGen S.A. provides advanced human genome analysis services to academic researchers and life science businesses across France. Their comprehensive genomic offerings include transcriptomics, epigenomics, DNA sequencing, next-generation sequencing (NGS) specifically for cancer research, and SNP genotyping. The company also delivers clinical research solutions, such as clinical-grade sequencing and pharmacogenomic studies, in addition to supporting fundamental human genetic investigations. For agricultural applications, IntegraGen offers agrigenomic services covering crop and livestock genotyping, as well as high-throughput sequencing for these domains. Their microbial genomics division conducts whole-genome microbial sequencing and transcriptomics. IntegraGen further develops a suite of sophisticated bioinformatics tools: MERCURY is an online platform for oncology, designed to transform raw high-throughput sequencing data into molecular reports for translational and clinical research. SIRIUS, a cloud-based software, empowers researchers to analyze whole genome, whole exome, and gene panel sequencing information. Galileo is another cloud application that enables dynamic exploration of RNA-Seq expression data. Finally, GeCo, their genomic consulting service, provides researchers access to expert biostatisticians and bioanalysts. Founded in 2000 and headquartered in Évry, France, IntegraGen S.A. is a subsidiary of OncoDNA SA.
