This entertainment arm functions as a taxable REIT subsidiary. Specifically, Ryman wholly owns the Gaylord Opryland, Gaylord Palms, Gaylord Texan, and Gaylord National Resort & Convention Centers. Furthermore, it holds the majority stake and serves as the managing member within the joint venture that controls the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center.
